What would your organization look like if each employee was self-aware, authentic, and resilient? What would it feel like? What would it accomplish?

Combining psychologically informed insights alongside engaging delivery, we support clients to connect with themselves, their team, their customers, and their mission.

Our certified executive coaches and counselors deliver wellness programs, workshops, 1-1 coaching, and Employee Assistance Programs, tailored to your organization’s needs. We work with your executive team or HR department to determine goals and measurable outcomes.

Wellness programs have been shown to offer a wide range of benefits to organizations, including increased employee satisfaction, productivity and retention. Cultivating a healthier and more effective workplace often leads to a reduction in costs for the organization, with a return on investment of up to 6:1. (Harvard Business Review 2010).

Workshops

Our programs focus on helping your employees to boost their mental fitness; by optimizing their resilience, overall health, sense of meaning and productivity. Topics include (but are not limited to):

  • Wellness - enhancing resilience through sleep, diet, exercise, play, connection, and mindfulness. 15 sessions delivered over a 4-6 month period, measuring outcomes before, during, and after

  • Resilience and Stress Management

  • Returning – rebuilding and revitalizing teams as they return to work in person following the pandemic; solidifying lessons learned, and navigating new beginnings

  • Mindfulness - 8 Week Mindfulness course introducing participants to the science behind mindfulness, the physical and psychological benefits, and helping them develop their practice.

  • Disconnect to Reconnect - teaching skills to boost our productivity in work by effectively managing our time outside of work

  • Leading Authentically - mobilizing leaders or leaders-in-waiting to deepen their skillset; bringing awareness to their values, strengths and weaknesses to develop their leadership style

  • Meaning and motivation - engaging participants to identify their values, and create opportunities to enact them both in and out of work

Coaching

Coaching is a reflective, supportive and challenging space for individuals at each level of the organization to explore areas of growth or difficulty and find actionable steps to move forward. Coaching helps to identify the blockages that can often hinder performance and progression, whether in the organization, the team, or within individuals themselves.

Sessions range from 60-90 minutes and can be carried out online or in person. Sessions range from a typical minimum of 3 sessions, up to weekly, monthly or quarterly check-ins.

Common areas of focus are:

  • Employee upskilling

  • Developing leaders, and leaders in waiting

  • Resilience and stress management

  • Underperformance

  • Conflict and feedback

  • Work-life balance

  • Workplace relationships

Employee Assistance Programmes

An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential, short-term counselling service to help your employees with personal or workplace issues that may be impacting their health and performance.

Employees are offered a limited number of sessions (4-10) to work through their difficulties. Companies can also choose to extend this service to immediate family members. Sessions can be delivered online, off-site in the counselor’s office, or on-site through day clinics.

At Kinship Wellness, we offer a pay-per-use EAP program. This means that there is no monthly or annual subscription, but rather a fixed cost per session. We work with fully accredited and insured counselors who engage in regular supervision. Our services can help employees with various issues including:

  • Stress, anxiety, and depression

  • Personal relationships

  • Grief

  • Work-related stress and workplace relationships

  • Health issues

  • Retirement and transition

  • Work-life balance and meaning
